All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Rajasthan: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• Clear photographs of the damaged product

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

7. Delivery of Food Products

As our products are homemade food items, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and store products according to the instructions mentioned on the label.
