RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Mumma's Cart, we take pride in crafting authentic homemade pickles using traditional recipes, farm-fresh ingredients, and the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are accepted only if:
• The product is received in a damaged condition.
• The product packaging is tampered with during transit.
• An incorrect product is delivered.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as personal taste preferences, change of mind, or improper storage after delivery.
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Customers must report any damaged, incorrect, or tampered product within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Return / Refund Process
To request a return or refund, please contact us with:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

4. Refunds
If the claim is approved:
• A replacement product may be shipped, subject to availability.
• Alternatively, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
